Privacy: We do not share or sell any of your details with third party companies, without your express permission.  The typical scenario with third parties is when you setup a payment gateway for eCommerce etc.  In that case, you're forming your own relationship with a payment provider like Stripe, Paypal etc.

Communication:  Simply put, we don't email or contact you if you don't want us to.  You can opt-out or communication any time time, and we do our best to make that easy.

Search Engine Rankings:  Due to external factors, such as changes to the way search engines rank websites, we cannot offer any guarantees regarding the search engine position or traffic volume for your website. We cannot accept liability for any change in rankings, or drop off in the position of your website for any reason, including ranking algorythms, indexability and other factors.

Website Code:  Our work is amazing, as is our website platform.  While every endeavor will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, Siphon Strategy cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it.

Copyright:  Siphon Strategy cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.

Timing:  We're fast.  Really fast.  Most of the time, we get our part done must faster than the typical client.  That said, Siphon Strategy will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.

You and your customers / partners:  Siphon Strategy will not be liable or become involved in any disputes between the site owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of a site owner. 

Refunds: Refunds are only granted at our sole discretion.  Generally speaking, our work should be considered non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Services: Siphon Strategy does not handle any I.T. or other services outside of the stated scope on your invoice, including email setup, data transfer, 

Content:  Siphon Strategy will not write page content unless otherwise stated in an agreement and/or on the invoice.

Deposits:   Deposits are not refundable. 

Ownership:  Website designs, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Siphon Strategy until all outstanding accounts are paid in full, after which time the website design and content will be fully owned by the client.  Any code, features or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Siphon Strategy remain the copyright of Siphon Strategy and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Siphon Strategy Inc.

Refunds:   Refer to the Refund and Deposit sections listed in the General and Services sections of this document.

Subscription Payments:  We use Stripe for collecting monthly payments for the use of our website builder platform.  As the payment processor, they are respnsible for keeping your personal and payment information safe and secure.  We do NOT personally store your credit card information in any of our systems, that is Stripe's responsibility.

The Platform:  Like any successful company, we couldn't do it alone! We're thankful for our many partners and vendors for helping us bring our solutions and services to life!  Our website platform, referred to as Siphon Sites, is brought to you in partnership with Duda, Inc. who is responsible for managing and maintaining the editor, web hosting, support and monitoring.

Features:  The website builder is incrdibly robust!  That said, we can't guarantee that our platform can do everything that other platforms can do.  If you're not sure, please feel free to ask us!   We can't make any guarantees about which features will, or can be added to the feature roadmap.
